I will soon have a test on legal translation for the Council of Europe. If anyone did this before, I would love to get some advice
There is one specific thing that I cannot find with 100% certainty : in an official document, are names of British courts translated or left in English (maybe with a French equivalent, if any, in brackets) ?
Thank you in advance !
