Can't create a project – Issues with the analysis of the project!

Hi Guys,

I am a freelance translator and have experience with Trados, but I want to try matecat.
Unfortunately, every time I add doc files to translate I get the following error:

I have tried Chrome, Safari and Edge, but I always get the same error

Does anyone know why this is happening?

It's working now. According to matecat support the problem was on their side. They were experiencing an issue with the project creation.
