In your market, perhaps
Stage 1 proto-Slavic paleo-lexicography could be the way to go,
Stage 2 grafted onto texting, and sold as a new pan-Slav language

What do you think. And what script would you use.

BTW Chinese linguists refer to a 'basic vocabulary' of Chinese: 基本词汇 [jīběncíhuì] universal, stable, generative; it sounds like a somewhat similar idea.
