I voted "Specialist" because that's what my tagline is about: "30+ Years Business, Legal & Psychology."
IMHO, with such a small number of characters available, you have to choose a phrase that summarizes your expertise and, on the other hand, quality, reliability, and promptness are for clients to judge by themselves.
Imagine an airline advertising itself as "reliable and always on time"! That's was everybody expects, isn't it? ... See more I voted "Specialist" because that's what my tagline is about: "30+ Years Business, Legal & Psychology."
IMHO, with such a small number of characters available, you have to choose a phrase that summarizes your expertise and, on the other hand, quality, reliability, and promptness are for clients to judge by themselves.

Taglines with "prompt" and "reliable" remind me of the dating personals in the classified papers, where everyone is beautiful, charming, and "financially stable."
I opted for something very specific, "Servicios para autores académicos" -- "services for academic authors".
But perhaps it's too specific ... now I'm going to be worrying about that!

Mine said: "35 years of border experience and fast".
Time flies, so I just changed it to: "36 years of border experience and fast".
Not fast enough in updating my tagline, but yes, I still get the work out without delay. But I can't always get across the border as fast as I would like any more.

"Words are the wise man's counters and the fool's money," as my mother inscribed in the first dictionary that was mine personally, as opposed to general family property, some 40 years ago!
My tagline is:
"I look at the message, not just the words"
So many times, I have found clients are actually pleased when I explain why I have not translated a sentence word for word as they would have expected.

I thought of writing, “Practically perfect in every way”, because it showed how thorough someone can be. Alas, MP had used it years ago, so I changed my mind.
Then “I’ll be back” occurred to me, because it showed how reliable someone can be but that one had already been used too (and by a foreigner at that! ).

So, finally I opted for “Thorough and Reliable” because - as odd and sad as it may seem to some - those aren’t qualities that are emphasized by every translator. If they were, I’m sure I wouldn’t have the avalanche of work I have, and although they may seem subjective at first, as they say, “The proof is in the pudding”. ▲ Collapse

One of the biggest airlines in number of airplanes did use the tag :The World on Time.

When I saw this poll, I immediately assumed that I, being incredibly erudite and intelligent as I am, I wouldn't have used any of those "obvious" words.
And so I prepared to click on "None of the above".
Except then I remembered that I'd used "Quality."
Worse... I'd used the word "quality" TWICE in my tagline...
