Прошу прощения за "неязыковый" вопрос.
Подскажите, кто знает, как в Красноярск позвонить из Америки. В Красноярске вроде изменились коды (и что-то еще) - набираю вроде все как надо - ничего не выходит...
Подскажите, кто знает, плиз.

сделали семизначные номера Apr 30, 2010

Уже довольно давно перешли на семизначные номера, двойка из кода города прилепилась к городскому номеру, т.е. было:

+7 (3912) 123456
стало
+7 (391) 2123456

Большинство номеров остались прежними, но часть была изменена, особенно городские сотовые.
