I have over nineteen years of experience in early childhood education, and I currently work as a homeroom teacher at the International School of Bergen, a prestigious and diverse school that offers the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Here, I apply my pedagogisk leder credential and intercultural education skills to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for my students, who come from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

I also have experience as a pedagogisk leder at two Norwegian kindergartens, where I oversaw the planning and implementation of educational activities that fostered the development of language, social, emotional, and cognitive skills. I led a team of educators and supported the quality improvement of the kindergarten, using creative arts, classroom instruction, multicultural pedagogy, and pedagogical leadership as my core competencies. I am passionate about providing children with diverse and meaningful learning opportunities that nurture their curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
