Сразу скажу, что итальянского не знаю, но всегда считала, что della Casa в меню ресторана рядом с названием блюда означает "от дома", т. е. имеется в виду "по фирменному/собственному рецепту" этого ресторана, а не "по-домашнему"? Прошу подтвердить или опровегнуть. Спасибо.

"По домашнему" будет "casalingo" или "cucina casalinga" на итальянском, когда "della casa" в этом случае означает "по фирменному".

Il problema è che "della casa" vuol dire "по собственному рецепту", ma se traduci cosi si perde il senso di casereccio, che secondo me è molto importante in questo contesto. E poi, se una cosa è stata fatta "по-домашнему рецепту", dovrebbe essere anche della casa, non è vero? :-) In ogni caso, io direi "по-домашнему рецепту".

Ha ha ha! It's ok! I will write in English as I don't have the Russian alphabet installed on this pc. Ok: As you say, "della casa" means "from / by the house", that is, the company. The problem is, if you translate it like that, you lose the nuance of "domoshnii" or "home made", and I think that this is especially relevant in this context. I would therefore consider "по-домашнему рецепту" a more appropriate translation here.
