disaring keluar
screen = saring / tapis
...as in "pusingan saringan", i.e. the "heats" in sports, which is the preliminary round where the first selections are made. See definitions of "screen" and "heat" in KIMD.

disaring
Malangnya anda telah disaring/ditapis dalam kajian tersebut.
i think to be 'screened out in' here means 'disaring/ditapis dalam', ie to be checked on the presence or absence of reliability.
if the phrase goes '...screened out from' then perhaps it is 'disaring/ditapis keluar dari', ie to be removed from.

: h, i think the preposition "out" cannot be disregarded here as "telah disaring" simply means have been screened without the outcome indicated. "out" makes the result clear.
