Welding procedures shall be qualified in accordance with applicable codes (AWS D1.1, ASME SEC IX and ASME B31.3) and relevant specifications. These procedures, together with the procedure qualification record(s) and supporting laboratory reports of mechanical test results, shall be submitted by the Vendor and approved prior to use for welding of structural steel, pressure vessels, tanks, exchangers, piping, etc.
Painting
• Painting shall be in accordance with Specification xxxxxxx.
Inspection, Testing and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)
• Inspection, testing and NDE procedures shall be in accordance with Vendor-furnished “Quality Assurance Plan” for packaged equipment and other relevant specifications referenced herein. NDE procedures shall be written in accordance with the applicable codes (ASME SEC V, API RP 2X, etc.) and shall be submitted by the Vendor and approved by Purchaser prior to use.

• Процедуры выполнения сварочных работ должны соответствовать применимым стандартам (AWS D1.1, ASME SEC IX и ASME B31.3) и техническим условиям. Source text - English 2.1 Technological process description.
Provide technological process description, including technical data for the treatment process. The detailed description of working parameters, including start-up and shut-down procedures, emergency response procedures/ safety rules and requirements are included into the Supervision Manual.
2.2 Process flowchart
Process flow diagrams shall represent functions of the plant with all process flow lines and process equipment, including spare parts, main power supply lines and process control principles. The diagrams shall show the following data:
a. Process flow diagram, including all critical process lines.
b. No., name, dimensions (for all tanks and towers/ columns).
c. All instruments and critical control circuits.
d. Configurations of columns, tanks and reactors with the number of trays, nozzle locations, internals, loading (input) points and product output points.
e. Types of heat exchangers, including heat capacities (at the beginning of the cycle) for heat exchangers and direct-fired heaters.
f. Flow arrangement factors for Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers.
g. Types of pumps and compressors, including capacities and differential pressure.
h. Normal work conditions, including main temperature and pressure profiles for the critical flow streams (at the beginning of the cycle).
i. Numbers of flow lines in compliance with mass balance (separately identified).
j. Input and output flow lines (sources and application).
Translation - Russian 2.1 Описание технологического процесса.
Предоставить описание технологического процесса, включая технические параметры процесса обработки. Подробное описание эксплуатационных параметров, включая процедуры пуска и останова, порядок действий в аварийных ситуациях и/или правила и требования техники безопасности представлены в Руководстве по техническому надзору.
2.2 Блок-схема технологического процесса
На технологических схемах должны отображаться все функциональные блоки установки со всеми технологическими линиями и технологическим оборудованием, включая запасные части, главные линии электропитания, а также принципы управления технологическим процессом. Технологические схемы должны содержать следующие данные:

e. Типы теплообменных аппаратов, включая показатели теплопроизводительности (в начале цикла) для теплообменников и огневых подогревателей.
f. Факторы компоновки теплообменников для кожухотрубчатых теплообменников.
g. Типы насосного и компрессорного оборудования, включая значения производительности и дифференциального давления.
h. Параметры нормальных условий работы, включая основные профили температуры и давления для критических технологических потоков (в начале цикла).
