原文文本 - English英语 The overall paint shop design must include a comprehensive integrated approach to prevent dirt or other contamination of the product in all stages of the painting process and at all times. Vehicles exiting the phosphate pretreatment process should be clean and as free of dirt as possible. Subsequent cleaning processes are far less effective particularly on interior surfaces. It is therefore essential that vehicles be protected from contamination in subsequent stages of the process. This protection is provided by enclosures to define clean spaces (booths, clean rooms, prep rooms, strip enclosures, etc.), enclosures and ventilated decks to contain dirt generating processes (sanding, polish, masking), overhead dustproof ceilings above decks and other open work areas, dustproof tunnels on connecting conveyors, area walls, etc. A comprehensive air management system is required to prevent entry of outside contamination and to minimize migration of any contamination within the paint shop. This system must maintain pressurization of the overall paint shop and manage airflow and pressurization within the paint shop. Prep Rooms and Spray Booths should be kept at the highest level of pressurization. Clean rooms and strip enclosures should be kept at the next level, general paint shop areas at the next level, and phosphate/ELPO areas and oven enclosures at the next level. Sanding / polish enclosures are the lowest level. In clean rooms, prep rooms, and general areas clean supply air should be introduced in areas where the product is exposed and flow toward areas where the product is not exposed.
