Source text - English The main reason for using adiabatic reactors is that any advantages of isothermal reactors are far out-weighed by the higher cost and added complexity of an isothermal system.
Main advantage of the isothermal system is that the temperature profile which is fixed by the boiling temperature of the evaporating coolant is flat which keeps the reactor stable which increases run length.
The adiabatic reactor temperature profile is maintained by adjusting reactor inlet temperature. The isothermal reactor temperature profile is controlled by maintaining the boiling pressure of the vaporizing coolant. Both reactor types therefore rely on control systems to modify the reactor temperature and on the speed at which these control systems react to prevent increasing reactor temperatures and a resultant reactor run away.
Modern day adiabatic reactors achieve run lengths of well over 5 years. The adiabatic reactor is thus the best choice when considering both economics and operability.

Основное преимущество изотермической системы заключается в том, что профиль температур, определяемый температурой кипения испаряющегося хладагента, является плоским, что обеспечивает стабильность реактора, увеличивая его срок службы.
Профиль температур адиабатического реактора поддерживается регулировкой температуры на входе реактора. Управление профилем температур изотермического реактора обеспечивается за счет поддержания давления кипения испаряющегося хладагента. Таким образом, оба типа реакторов полагаются на системы управления для изменения температуры реактора и на скорость реагирования этих систем управления для предотвращения повышения температуры реактора и, как следствие, аварийного разгона реактора.
Срок службы современных адиабатических реакторов превышает 5 лет. Таким образом, адиабатический реактор является наилучшим выбором с точки зрения экономической эффективности и пригодности к эксплуатации.
