No language or variant is worth more than any other, whether it is the Queen's English, New Essex, New York slang or any other. These things should be celebrated as a they reflect creativity and people's ability to forge their own identities. All of them can be spoken well or badly.

It depends entirely upon your opinion - point of view - in my opinion UK English is weird - extremely strange terms and pronunciation is very strange - when well spoken - and apparently you haven't traveled more to the north to see how the people from Liverpool speak - where it is hard for even them to understand each other

In terms of quantity, no doubt. In terms quality, it's a whole different story. We say the same about the Portuguese from Portugal. I've learned US English my entire life. I went to American schools from 6th to 12th grade. I cannot speak UK English. But I recognize it when I hear a language well spoken, words well chosen and correctly pronounced.

Bleach-haired or bleached-hair woman does sound funny, really! And it is nowhere to be found on the Internet. It sounds much better to just say "a woman with bleached hair". Or just what it looks like really, irrespective of how blonde it is, "bleach blonde woman" It doesn't matter how she did it. Blonde means fair or light colored. And bleach blonde is quite easy to identify as bleached really, being quite different from the natural blonde. Cheers!

Apart from all the discussion, Cabelo descolorido does not necessarily mean the person has discolored it or used any chemicals. First of all, Verlow is absolutely correct in the difference he pointed out. Plus, a person with gray or white hair has discolored hair, too. So we are all waiting for the asker to explain what the context is about. Other than that, we have a bunch of guesses.

Bleached vs discolored hair Discolored hair is hair that has lost its color. When you remove color you bleach or use other treatments available, they you can say you bleached it. If it lost color on its on (medical problem), it is discolored, not bleached.

Blonde color can be achieved through bleaching and highlights, or other treatments. If you mean to say that she removed/changed her natural hair color or the color treatment/dye she applied - there are color removers and there are dye removers. You can also bleach your skin. So it is just simply "bleached".
When you change colors, you color or dye your hair. To "paint" is only when you de facto use paint for carnival or partying, easily removable afterwards. Even then, people will say they colored their hair. Cheers!
