It's not a specific cost. On the contrary it's deliberately non specific, typical of fishing expedition legalese. The word "consectário" is a fancy variation of "consequência" or consequence. Its use indicates that one wants to cover all bases.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Lincoln Silveira (X) : Interesting take. Fishing expedition would translate as "complessivo" in Brazilian legal parlance. Indeed. "Complessivo" claims are often dismissed by courts as an attempt to get everything, something else plus whatnot.

Not quite. The slang term "fishing expedition" is not legal jargon. It resembles (mutatis mutandis) "o que cair na rede é peixe".

"Consectário" is whatever "follows" (i.e. accrues) a balance that is past due, such as penalties, fines, restatement and interest.

If you fail to file your tax return on the due date for any given year, you will pay a fine. This fine is a "consectário" of your income tax payable for that particular year.

If a labor court renders you liable to pay back wages to an employee because you didn't pay that person until you signed their work card, the award will most likely include interest. This interest is a "consectário" of the back wages due.

In the back wages scenario, the judgment will most likely order that the balance due is restated against inflation. This restatement amount is a "consectário" of the amount due for back wages.
