"Caso tenha alguma dúvida contacte-nos por favor:
Servicio de Conselho
[phone number]"
This appears at the bottom of a shampoo label. I know the literal translation is "advice service", but I rather think it should be "Customer Care" here. Would you agree with that? TIA for your help.

Absolutely. Given the context, it is what makes sense. I agree.

Comment: "Thanks Michael and all the peer graders! I'm happy enough with "customer care". "Customer consultation line" only got one Google hit, so maybe it's just a phrase one particular company likes to use. Customer care is the much safer option here I think. Thanks to everyone who took the time to offer an answer or peer grade - appreciate your help."

customer consultation line
I would have said customer care, too, but a look at my own shampoo bottle shows, "Customer Consultation Line". I guess when it comes to hair, they try to find terms that communicate "salon".
