could an engineer or somebody familiar with construction tell me: I'm translating a text about "reservatórios," but they are between 30m3 and 200m3, in other words, quite small. Could they be called (small) reservoirs, or would it be tanks, or some other term?

POND
Translations for this term are quite many, reservoir can be translated as a place where you can put things, reservatório or depósito in portuguese. My opinion is that in this case the term should be "pond" because is for water or some liquids, in portuguese is reservatório de água or piscina. If you specified better you can use cistern (cisterna or tanque).
