io butto lì, poi la frase la sistemi tu nel contesto. dalla struttura potrebbe anche andare anche qualcosa tipo "ottima anche come crema da spalmare su pane e tartine, ecc."

ho esagerato con gli "anche", pardon... calo degli zuccheri! ;-)
io butto lì, poi la frase la sistemi tu nel contesto. dalla struttura potrebbe anche andare anche qualcosa tipo "ottima anche come crema da spalmare su pane e tartine, ecc."

rassig è insolito per un alimento, ma visto che l'aglio orsino è un po' piccante oltre che "aglioso", azzarderei questa interpretazione...
brotaufstich è più difficile, non è nè salsa, nè patè... visto che parla anche di riso e pasta proverei condimento!
