To answer your question, no. Development is the correct English term, sometimes also casing. In your paragraph: Precise information on the casing (development) of the individual monitoring wells can be taken from the well casing (development) diagrams.

The next paragraph: Genaue Informationen über den Ausbau der einzelnen Messstellen (Tiefe, Filterlänge etc.) können den Ausbauplänen in Anhang 1 entnommen werden. In der Tabelle in Anhang 5 finden sich die gemessenen Rechts- und Hoch-Werte sowie die Höhen in m NHN.
