: Not sure at all. This might well be errant usage (or wrong interpretation by asker). IMHO "to become a top address" does not really fit with "zum Grünstreifen hin".

Dunno, Steffen. You could be right, but I think the writer just means this swanky area stretches to the green (landscaped) area. A little more context always helps.

: Your choice should have been the other examples you have given! The idea of "top address" = "fashionable place to be" in the future once the competition is over seems correct if we consider the askers explanation as being absolutely correct!

Guess we'll have to wait and see what the final verdict is on the context.

(clear) demarcation/separation
clear demarcation/separation of the site/plot/development area from the green strip/planted area
In my opinion, the context "zum Grünstreifen hin" suggests an interpretation entirely different from your own ("Top-Adresse"). Perhaps the author has used the term incorrectly.

In my view, this would warrant a query to be sent to the customer.

: "Karin T: The translation is aimed at non native speakers, " hence I would prefer separation over demarcation. I believe most non-native speakers would have trouble deciphering that word!

Discussion
Ist dies nun zu verstehen:
This layout is identified by a clear access concept and explicit identification of the office blocks from the green belt.
