السندان آداة معروفة جدًا، لها استخدامات متعددة من استخدامات في الحدادة واستخدامات في الفلاحة والزراعة، وهذا عبارة شهيرة معروفة هي "بين المطرقة والسندان"، وهذا يختلف تمامًا عن عظمة السندان الموجودة في الأذن الوسطى. وقد دعمت إجابتي بروابط من موقع ويكيبيديا مدعمًا بالصورة، كما دعمتها برابط من قاموس المعاني، والكلمة لا تحتمل معنى أو استخدام آخر
