I see that the exact translation of the "gooseberry" into Arabic is not easy task. الريباس seems to be uknown for Arab people and it is not Arabic word, الكشمش is quite often another kind of fruit. The best translation seems to be: عنب الثعلب but even this one has got also other meanings. So I liked to know if there is a word which would be an exact translation of "gooseberry".
