При задаване на въпроси е по-добре да използвате 1 л., ед.ч., когато е възможно. Пасивната форма е "transposed".

Поради закъсненията при транспонирането на директивата в много държави-членки и ограничения опит от нейното прилагане наличната към 21 юли 2006 г. информация не беше достатъчна, за да се изготви доклад, както беше планирано. (Освен това при този първи доклад трябваше да се вземе предвид опитът на новите държави-членки, които се присъединиха през 2004 и 2007 година.)

Due to delays in transposing the Directive in many Member States (MS) and to the limited experience of its application, the information available on 21 July 2006 was not sufficient to produce a report as planned. (Moreover, this first report had to take into account the experience of the new MS that acceded in 2004 and 2007).

С официално уведомително писмо от 1 април 2004 г. Комисията обръща внимание на люксембургското правителство на някои аномалии при транспонирането на Директива 96/71 чрез Закона от 20 декември 2002 г. По отношение на възможните нарушения на Директива 96/71, както и на членове 49 ЕО и 50 ЕО, Комисията предявява следните твърдения за нарушения:

By letter of formal notice of 1 April 2004, the Commission drew the attention of the Luxembourg Government to certain inconsistencies in the transposition of Directive 96/71 by means of the Law of 20 December 2002. With regard to a possible infringement of Directive 96/71 and Articles 49 EC and 50 EC, the Commission raised the following complaints:
