| thank you for your good effort. I think this is the most faithful translation without any background information. My concern, however, is that there could be a given type of civil status register for parents at their place of birth or even marriage. If that was the case then could we say "Primary Civil Status Register Entry of Parents". in the sense that Qaid in this context means register entry rather than record. I am just thinking aloud here. It would be great if you can tell me what you think about what I've just said. |

أي تحت تلك القائمة...معلومات أساسية عن والدي المولود مطلوبة...على اعتقادي أشياء مثل
اسم الوالد و اسم الوالدة و تاريخ ميلاد لهما و مكان ميلادهما و تاريخ و مكان زواجمها إلخ
اذن... النص المطلوب في السؤال ليس شهادة مستقلة بل جزء من شهادة الميلاد أي شهادة ميلاد ولدهما
