Multitude of devices
Nowadays the smartphone provides a hub, a central device for connecting with a host of other devices – from our smart TVs to our home automations using Google home.

On average, do you know how many connected devices there are per household in the US? Answer: 11

Today, US households own an average of 11 connected devices, including seven with screens to view content (e.g. smartphones or TVs), a study from Deloitte found. And the prediction is the introduction of 5G (the next phase of mobile technology with speeds over 100 times faster than 4G) will see this figure rise.

Constantly connected
This is a world where the user is constantly connected. The information they seek is merely a fraction of a second away.

Google refers to this time as the age of assistance – an opportunity for publishers to reach an audience like never seen before, offering them answers in the moments that matter and building trust, loyalty and long-term relationships.

And these people are time poor! Digital brands are fighting for viewability!

@Katja Der zweite Punkt unter "Action" ist ja auch keine Aktion. Also muss man sich noch etwas hinzudenken, z. B. "Creating a" davor, das passt bei beiden Punkten.

Ich dachte an etwas wie "vernetzter Leser" o. Ä. Verstehe aber nicht, warum das eine "Action" sein soll auf dem Weg zur "Targeting your reader".
