During atrial extrastimulus testing, the presence of dual AV nodal pathways was seen. No echo beat or atrioventricular node reentry tachycardia (AVNRT) was inducible either. As conclusion a prolonged nodal conduction time was reported. The subject was discharged on 20-Feb-2010.
