Pre-Investment Policy

The Manager is required to exercise a high level of diligence in the selection and monitoring of the investments. With respect to these diligence obligations, it will set down written procedures and establish effective measures in order to ensure that its investment decisions in the framework of the Outsourced Activities are in agreement with the objectives, the investment strategy and the risk limits of the respective Fund ("Pre-Investment Policy").

Durchführbarkeitsrichtlinie Das kenne ich aus dem Business-Projektmanagement: pre-investment study = Durchführbarkeitsanalyse. Die "written procedures" stellen die Richtlinie dazu dar, wie die Analyse durchgeführt wird. Das sagt auch Dein Text aus.

Grundsätze bzw. Vorgehensweisen vor dem Investment Die englische Fassung sollte das strukturierte Vorgehen des Fonds widerspiegeln. Deshalb könntest Du einen Begriff verwenden, der auf die Welt der Arbeitsanleitungen und Unternehmensorganisation Bezug nimmt.
