: I wouldn't use it but THANK YOU for the long, hard, knee-slapping, belly laugh!!! It'll keep me giggling for days.

Actually, I wouldn't use it in this context, either but I couldn't resist... Like you, I just needed a giggle. Little correction: ... will land you in the pits.

“Just quickly” rarely turns out well!
To coin a phrase.
“Just quickly” rarely turns out well

Or:
"Just quickly" can go horribly wrong.

Carelessness costs (lives)
Carelessness costs lives
or, if that's laying it on too thick, just
Carelessness costs
grammatical object (lives, money, time) understood
This is a well-known slogan in heath and safety at work. Many examples here:

Employee carelessness is one of the biggest causes of accident in any workplace. It is essential, then, that you impress on your staff to stay vigilant at all times. You have to be strict to enforce your safety programs, and regular offenders need dealing with. Carelessness costs lives, and with so many dangers around it’s vital that you are doing all you can to keep people aware.

Mach deinen Tag sicher!
Nur mal eben…voll daneben!
Pass auf dich auf!
----
Take cover!
Take note!
Take care!
On a side note: Two of the three statements (the ones not asked here) are part of the document found at the link below.
http://www.beprdigital.de/ce/wenn-das-ttip-kommt-was-dann/de...
Since Google can give you at least a clue as to what is in the document (by providing short excerpts below the links): The third one is "Mach mit!" The one asked here isn't part of it, AFAIK - so most likely, the phrase is just something they improvised (and not the correct answer, if there is one).
I cannot quote the paper, as it's behind a paywall.
Digging deeper: "Pass auf dich auf" is the only one you will find in connection to "Gefährdungsbeurteilung":

How you deal with this depends what your translation is being used for.
