6.4 The Bank retains the right, at all times and at its own discretion, without prior notice, to transfer the credit balance of one of the Client's accounts, even in the case of fixed-term and notice deposits, to set off an amount overdrawn on another account of the Client. The Bank also retains the right to effect an immediate conversion of the assets denominated in a currency other than the **currency of the debit**, if the assets expressed in the currency of the debit do not provide sufficient cover to the Bank.
