Find sentences containing words with Uppercase First Letters

In a memoQ translation memory, is it possible to identify sentences containing words with uppercase first letters? Also, I want the search to ignore the first word in the sentence, i.e. I'd like to find all occurrences of "This is a Sentence" but not "This is a sentence".
I'm using memoQ Pro version 6.2.25.
