Client sees empty target segments and I do not

O dear! Do you have to do anything special after translating a Wordfast tmxl file which is then going to be used in Wordfast? The client is saying that several segments in the file I just delivered are empty but when I look at it, all segments are done and file is set to 100%.

What do I do??
