Fixing spelling typos on the fly

Hi,

As many other products, MemoQ highlights spelling mistakes on the fly (if the relevant setting is checked in Options). However I could not find any way to instantly fix the mistake or add the unknown term to the list of ignored words. It looks like I have to run a spell checking over the whole document before being able to do so. Is my understanding correct?

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers.

PG

I also miss this function. It would be great to b able to do it, but maybe it's quite difficult to implement.

Cheers

Just wait a bit more :) Jul 30, 2012

I think the title goes without the need to explain further.

It is indeed strange that a simple function like real-time spell checking (which is present even in Word, not to mention Trados) should be missing from both MemoQ and Dejavu X2. I hope it gets implemented soon.

IMHO actually real-time spell checking is 50pct implemented. What we lack is being able to FIX the typos and mistakes on the fly. Typos and mistakes are reported on the fly.

Cheers.

Patrick
