AFAIK, you can set up the MS Word spellchecker to either ignore or include words in all caps. Or at least it used to be possible in older versions.

Which spellchecker are you using in Wordfast Pro? Hunspell or Microsoft? "full words in capital letters". Do you mean the all letters of a word are upper case like "WORD"?

It does not work when all letters are capitals, as in SPELLCHECKER.
Just now, it has worked with Hunspell, but not with Microsoft. I have a subscription to Office 365.

Like neilmac suggested above, did you check the MS Word spellchecker settings? When you select the MS Word spellchecker, Wordfast Pro only uses it as preconfigured.
In MS Word, click File > Options > Proofing > untick "Ignore words in UPPERCASE".
