How to let Hunspell ignore '&' in words

Since Hunspell has been discussed here before, this seems to be the appropriate forum to post this question:

Who has the knowledge to add a rule to the Dutch AFF file in order to let Hunspell either ignore words containing an ampersand completely, or just ignore the ampersand (thus checking the whole word as if it wouldn't contain the ampersand)?

B&laderen
