I am new in"proz community" but this does not mean that I am inexperienced. I am 37 and actively involved in translation and interpretation through my career.
I am a native Turkish citizen grew up in Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara provinces in Turkey. I had my BD in Industrial Engineering. I served in Turkish Air Force as an HR officer. I had my MS in Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Monterey California, in Manpower Analysis branch.
I have a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate and have teaching experience.
In my career I have translated so many documents, instructions and handooks. I attended overseas missions and host ally military personnel in hometown.
I am good at data analysis, project management and can use office pograms. I am an expert in engineering, social sciences, public relations, human resources, education, defense related materials as well as aviation and aerospace matters. I also worked in an hotel and restaurant and aware of tourism, travel, accommodation matters and culinary arts. I am also interested in general sports and healthy living. So I am familiar with nutrition and general health care.
I can read, write and speak fluently in English and Turkish.
