Translation Experience

I have been doing translation from English to Urdu Since 1983. While doing job As sub-editor with Daily Tameer published from Rawalpindi, Pakistan my primary duty was to translate the news From English to Urdu and to read the proof of the news after composition.
Since 1983 I have translated Millions of words from and into Urdu in almost every subject.

I Started Punjabi translation in 1992.

I Translated a lot of short stories (English, French, and Russian) from English to Urdu and Punjabi, which published in different literary magazines and journals in Pakistan.

Translated for more than 9 years (from English to Urdu) for different NGOs in Islamabad (Pakistan), main topics of translations were: human development, socio economic problems, culture, child sex abuse, child labor, causes and remedies of religious intolerance in Pakistan, small loans, small industry, political problems of Pakistan. During this period I worked as translator with leading NGOs "SUNGI""SAHIL" "AURAT Foundation".

Now a days doing Urdu, Punjabi translation from and to English in USA. I am providing Urdu translation to almost all the major translation companies in the USA. My client love my work due the the quality

Started Journalistic career as In Charge Literary Page of Daily Urdu journal "Haider" published from Rawalpindi, Pakistan back in 1983.

Joined daily Urdu journal "Tameer" as translator sub-editor and proof reader, published from Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 1984.

Joined Urdu weekly "Shanakht" published from Islamabad as special correspondence of cultural and social issues 1986

Worked some time for the first Punjabi daily journal of Pakistan, Sajjan, as sub-editor and translator (English to Punjabi) published from Lahore Pakistan. In 1988.
