Source text - English The overall environment remains excruciatingly price sensitive with holdout sellers seeing no showings for their properties while those who lower to market levels stand a far better chance. As more Manhattanites discover that development and gentrification move deeper into areas like Bushwick, the Brooklyn juggernaut appears likely to continue without the encumbrances which are weighing on Manhattan. The same equation holds true in the rental market. Perhaps that reflects the vast increase in supply as so many investors close on their just-completed units and make them available for rent.

Translation - Korean 누구에게나 꿈이 있지요. 그 꿈이 원대하든 소박하든 그 꿈들은 우리 삶에서 매우 중요한 의미를 지닙니다. 그렇지만 우리 모두에게 있는 늑장 부리는 습관에 굴복할 필요는 없습니다. 불가능해 보이는 일을 해 낼 수 있었던 그 “꼬마 기관차(The Little Engine That Could 라는 동화책의 주인공)”도 “난 할 수 있다”는 마음가짐으로 무언가에 도전했었지요. 조금만 계획을 세운다면 목표를 성취하는 것은 간단한 일입니다.
