whom/which in the same place/at the same moment
'Quem' may be accusative masculine singular of either 'qui' (the relative) or 'quis' (the interrogative or indefinite) pronoun, meaning 'whom' (of a person) or 'which' (of a person or thing).
'Ibidem' is an adverb indicating place or time, and may mean either 'in the same place' or 'at the same moment'. More rarely it means 'in the same way'.
Obviously, a transitive verb is to be supplied from the missing principal clause, but the minimal context does not admit of so much as a guess as to what that verb might be.

whom/which in that very place...
Well, without any context it is rather difficult to give this a shape...
QUEM is accusative masculin relative/interrogative pron...
IBIDEM is an adverb: "in that very place"...
Obviously more words are needed.
Best regards!
Flavio
