Latin term

in eurom domibus continue non retinerent

Latin to English Art/Literary History
I am looking for someone to help me translate this phrase from Latin into English or Italian so that I can better understand the Italian text.

Context:

Nell’atto citato erano meticolosamente descritti i confini e fissate alcune norme così sunteggiate:

who would not continually keep (the animals) in their home/on their premisesir premises

I think what is being contrasted here is the rights of individuals who habitually keep animals and the rights of those who don't.

sorry...the end bit should read on their premises. The line didn't scroll properly.

should not keep [the animals] uninterruptedly in their homes

On the contrary, let this not be permissible if ever the same men "should not keep [the animals] uninterruptedly in their homes."

'Eurom' is a typo for 'eorum'.
