English term

"swing the world by its tail"

English to Spanish Social Sciences Surveying
Hi there,
I need some help with the following locution:

"In blending both our learning outcomes and these skills, it's our goal to ensure each one of you is empowered and prepared to swing the world by its tail!"

I've seen it's a part of a song but I don't know exactly the meaning in this context.

Thank you very much!
