Es para una petroquímica. Esta sección del documento describe los procedimientos de seguridad que deben observarse al limpiar por dentro tanques que contenían productos con plomo.
"Before free entry the atmosphere must be checked by a qualified person wearing full breathing protection using an oxygen analyzer to ensure it contains more than **20 per cent by volume of oxygen**."
A mi entender, antes de entrar al tanque, hay que verificar que la proporción de oxígeno dentro de éste sea mayor que el 20% de su volumen, pero la forma en que está dicho me parece confusa. ¿Alguien sabe si podría significar otra cosa?

A mi entender, antes de entrar al tanque, hay que verificar que la proporción de oxígeno dentro de éste sea mayor que el 20% de su volumen, pero la forma en que está dicho me parece confusa. ¿Alguien sabe si podría significar otra cosa?
