English term
"corporate acknowledgement"
English to Spanish
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Government form
Legal form from the State of Florida, US, in which a Notary Public certifies that the person signing the attached document is actually the person he claims to be and holds the position he claims to hold.
The most literal translation "Reconocimiento Corporativo" doesn't sound right for the context. Any ideas?
Thank you!!

Certificación notarial
No me suena "reconocimiento", y menos aún "corporativo". En todo caso, "certificación notarial de la firma del ... de la sociedad"
