"In accordance with the Buying and Selling Process, we will ACCOUNT TO you once a month. We receive payment on your behalf from the third party payment provider, deduct our commission payment and ACCOUNT TO you for the balance. Payment is normally made within 14 days of the payment date specified in the Buying and Selling Process."
I am not sure I understand what exactly account to means here. It is British English for Spanish of Spain.

Discussion
I have found another example that seems to me to support this interpretation: "If you are successful and the court orders the other party to pay some or all of your charges and expenses, interest can be claimed on them from the other party from the date of the court order. We will account to you for such interest to the extent that you have paid our charges and expenses on account, but we are entitled to the rest of that interest."
