What I am instead suggesting, is that you treat others like you would wish to be treated yourself. You should be willing to go that extra mile and sacrifice a little bit of your time and energy to help someone achieve their dreams... So that’s what I mean by ‘throwing your heart over the fence.’ The ability to make somebody feel great and appreciative, is what will make you successful in our business.
