1 – Additional accounts receivable reports can be obtained by using the Invoice Report Module. The Invoice Report Module provides a variety of reports for open and closed invoices. An open invoice is one that has not been paid and a closed invoice is one that has been paid (the complete field contains a Y).
Since invoicing an item automatically creates an accounts receivable voucher you may end up with some unwanted accounts receivable records. These records can be eliminated from showing up on the Accounts Receivable Report by using the Invoice Edit Module and entering a Y in the Complete field.
