Context is one of the claims of a patent concerned with a cover for multi-well plates. The sentence reads: "...the uncompressed gasket material .....has low extractables in dimethyl sulfoxide".

Met \'extraheerbaar\' wordt dan denk ik bedoeld hoeveel er door aanraking met water vrij kan komen. Het totaalgehalte kan dus hoger zijn, maar als het niet vrijkomt, is het geen probleem.
