EGG PACKING MACHINE
The denester is electronically driven by the micro processor in the lane control cabinet. The control unit has the following functions:

As Christine points out a full pitch is basically a complete cycle of something, whether that be a turn of a cog wheel, a throw of a ball or a movement of a bar. It doesn't have to be a complete 360 degree turn, it could be less, if the bars full cycle is less than 360 degrees, which I assume it is.
Full Pitch in this sense means complete cycle or turn. I agree with Christine the translation will be in the retning of en omdrejning osv.
I have put a literal translation to give you an idea of what it might be. As drejning can also be used for turn and cycle, I think it fits.

Discussion
A pitch is also a turn of a spiral rotation, e.g. when a screw or propeller turns 360 degrees, but the pitch includes the movement along the axis of rotation.
Here the pitch is a cycle - I assume the bars return to their starting position, but the carton conveyor lane has moved on a specific distance.
The pitch of a screw is the distance from one thread groove to the next measured from crest to crest.
When the screw rotates a full turn, it moves one pitch along the axis.
Pitch also applies to cogwheels, but I am not sure it is relevant here.
The Concise Oxford dictionary gives the following definintion of pitch (among others).
9: (technical) the distance between successive corresponding points or lines, for example between the teeth of a cogwheel.
I do not know what you call it in Danish - en omdrejning is probably not the correct term.
