Danish term

det vedtagne

Danish to English Law/Patents Law (general) stiftelsesdokument
Again, I am translating this into Japanese, but any help in English is greatly appreciated.
Danish:"Advokat XXX bemyndigedes til at foretage de
ændringer i det vedtagne, som Ervhervs-og Selskabsstyrelsen måtte kræve for at registrere
ændringene."
My tentative English translation: "We empower our lawyer, Mr.XXX, to make the necessary changes in the statutes, which the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency might require in order for the changes to be registered."

It doesn`t make much sense to me to make changes so that the changes can be registered...

I know that det vedtagne means that which has been decided on, but in this case might it be the statutes/the by-laws?

In V&B. I've also used it before. Christine's answer could also be possible, although 'agreement' is usually denoted by other terms. Hope this helps.
