A technique used for lifting uneven weight. Place one foot next to the objects, push buttocks out and slowly lower yourself down onto one knee, then position the object close to knee on the ground. By using both hands, firmly grip the objects, slowly pull the objects from the knee on the ground to mid thigh. Then transfer the objects on opposite thigh. Then by using both of your forearms to pull the object close on stomach and chest (like hugging the object) Look forward and prepare for the lift. Hold the load close on body. Then extend your legs, while extend breathe out.

Soulever un enfant Le portage d’un enfant capable de se mettre debout est facilité lorsqu’il est actif dans le mouvement : il doit donner une impulsion des jambes au début du geste et serrer l’adulte avec les jambes lorsqu’il est dans les bras. Tout dépend aussi du secteur, mais j'aurai tendance à penser qu'on utiliserait peut-être qqch comme technique/soulèvement de charge XX (instable/lourde/...) ou le type de charge.
Comme par exemple soulèvement de charge compacte (dernière image).
