English term

constituted to be accountable for

English to Italian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Insurance Policy
In questo contesto:

"The Company also guarantees the imposition of judicial bonds on the Insured party to guarantee his/her civil liability or to obtain his provisional release in a criminal proceeding arising from a loss covered by the policy.
[...]
The Policyholder and/or Insured party must reinstate the bond in the event of its loss **constituted to be accountable for** the appearance of the accused party due to his/her no-show."

In realtà è tutta quella seconda frase che mi sembra un poì contorta. L'assicurato deve restituire la cauzione in quale caso?

Grazie

@Asker is that a BAIL BOND?
Erzsébet Czopyk Mar 13, 2022:
The Policyholder and/or Insured party must reinstate the bond - I think until this all clear

in the event of its loss= in the event of loss of the bond

The Policyholder and/or Insured party **constituted to be accountable for** = they have legal liability

for the appearance of the accused party due to his/her no-show.= so if the accused party does not present him/herself before the court/judge,

They have legal responsibility for the accused party
