In realtà è tutta quella seconda frase che mi sembra un poì contorta. L'assicurato deve restituire la cauzione in quale caso?

5. Cauzione: la Società provvederà all’anticipazione di una cauzione, fino ad un massimo di € 20.000,00 per Assicurato, che si dovesse rendere necessaria per evitare all’Assicurato l’applicazione di misure di restrizione della libertà personale.
