Chodzi o usunięcie urządzeń do produkcji amunicji z listy produktów, których import podlega kontroli (USA). Być może ważne jest to, że mamy do czynienia z "an interim final rule". Mam pewien pomysł, ale ciekawym Waszych propozycji ;)

Tak można byłoby ten zwrot interpretować, jednak wydaje mi się, że nie spotkałam się z takim zwrotem w tekście aktu prawnego. Bardzo dziękuję, George, za Twoją przychylną opinię :)

11. Reserving paragraphs. Sometimes an originator may want to reserve paragraphs for future use because the information isn’t available yet and when it is, it must be placed within a chapter or order. To reserve a paragraph, write the paragraph number and the word "Reserved." Do not reserve paragraphs at the end of chapters, because they may be added, without having been reserved, at a later time anyway.
