Esto viene en la descripción de unos linderos, para un documento colombiano. Se trata de 'tejas eternit a dos aguas medianeras con sus respectivas canales.

Entiendo que 'dos aguas' sería algún tipo de techado 'gabled, sloping, pitched roofing with its respective gutters,' pero me tiene enredada lo de 'medianeras,' que no estoy segura si se trata de 'flashing' que se utiliza para que el agua de lluvia no se acumule...

De acuerdo con el Diccionario para Ingenieros de Louis Robb:

mediaagua: lean-to, roof sloped in one direction

No obstante, puesto que se trata de dos agus, yo lo traduciría como:
